         This application is for amendment of an NPDES permit to discharge treated sewage from the Hatfield Township Municipal Authority STP in Hatfield Township, Montgomery County. This is an existing discharge to the West Branch of Neshaminy Creek.

         The receiving stream is classified for warm water fish, migratory fish, potable water supply, industrial water supply, livestock water supply, wildlife water supply, irrigation, boating, fishing, water contact sports, navigation and esthetics.

         The proposed effluent limits for Outfall 001, based on an average flow of 6.43 million gallons per day are as follows:
